AlterAround is a brand-new alteration service proudly developed by Tembusu Institute! With AlterAround, our sewing graduates are able to provide and offer alteration services from the comfort of their own homes. Tembusu Institute is developing a web application to help Singaporeans find alteration shops nearest to their location and match them with the closest alteration personnel. We will be partnering with our sewing vendor, to provide a loan cum purchase (sponsored by a third party) for the sewing machines to help our new business owners!

This course considers the retail environment during the post-pandemic, and the ever-evolving nature of retail such as BOPIS and having less square footage to operate. Trainees will review the new facets of retail on digital platforms. The course will go through case studies on physical retail transformation to other formats and how companies have successfully adapted to it.
